  • Maintain accurate records of all tender-related activities, including submissions, correspondence, and outcomes.
  • Prepare offers and proposals for government and private institutions based on tender requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on tender status, government interactions, and liaison activities to management.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline tendering and liaison processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on changes in government procurement policies, tendering guidelines, and e-procurement platforms.
  • Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or diploma in a relevant discipline is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in tender management, government liaison, or a similar role, preferably in Delhi or the NCR region.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with government officials and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR and occasionally to other regions for meetings or tender-related activities.
  • Familiarity with government procurement processes and regulations in India.
