Job RoleWe are looking for a responsible professional who will manage GEM Portal operations, Government tenders, and sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling bids, managing orders, and coordinating with government dealers and distributors.

• Key Responsibilities1. GEM Portal ManagementManage and maintain the OEM panel on GEM Portal
• Ensure all products and variants are live with correct specifications
• Update product prices, discounts, and product details regularly
• 2. Tender ManagementSearch and identify relevant government tenders and bids
• Participate in maximum possible GEM bids
• Manage GEM orders, dispatches, deliveries, and payment follow-ups
• Handle vendor approvals with admin coordination
• 3. Marketing & Sales ActivitiesMaintain and update customer database
• Manage and organize exhibition and event data
• Prepare customer analysis reports through calls and market feedback
• Attend customer sales calls when required
• 4. Government Dealers & Distributors ManagementAppoint and manage government dealers and distributors
• Maintain regular communication for government business opportunities
• Performance MetricsWeekly report on total tenders participated and their status
• Weekly report on orders received through GEM Portal
• Weekly report on pending payments against GEM orders
• Daily report on marketing campaigns and weekly analysis
• Skills RequiredKnowledge of GEM Portal and Government Tender Process
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic sales and marketing understanding
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Experience1–3 years experience in GEM Portal / Tender management preferred
