Job Title: Tender Executive (GEM & E-Procurement)

Job Location: EAST DELHI TRILOK PURI

Industry: Manpower Supply, Housekeeping, Cleaning & Sanitation Services

Key Responsibilities:

Search, track, and identify relevant tenders on GEM portal, e-procurement portals, IREPS, etc.

Prepare and submit EOI, RFPs, RFQs, and online/offline bids as per requirements.

Handle pre-qualification requirements (technical, financial, manpower-related documents).

Coordinate with management for tender eligibility, compliance, solvency, manpower challans, PF/ESI records, labour licenses, etc.

Maintain and update tender-related documentation.

Follow-up on submitted tenders and coordinate for clarifications.

Maintain MIS of all tenders – upcoming, submitted, won, lost.

Prepare comparative statements, covering letters, and all necessary correspondence.

Ensure timely renewal of registrations, empanelments, and licenses required for tender participation.
