Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities  Search and identify relevant tenders on portals like: o GeM (Government e-Marketplace) o E-procurement portals o Private tender platforms  Prepare and submit tender documents (technical & commercial bids)  Handle complete tender lifecycle from identification to submission  Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, accounts)  Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines  Maintain tender database and track status  Prepare quotations, BOQs, and pricing strategies  Follow up for tender results and order finalization  Handle vendor registrations and documentation 🔹 Required Skills  Knowledge of GeM portal and tendering process  Strong documentation and MS Excel skills  Understanding of UPS systems, batteries, or electrical products (preferred)  Good communication and coordination skills  Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
