Job Description
Job Title: Tender Executive Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
Company:Seagul Infotech
Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes, especially through government portals like GeM and other e-procurement platforms. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bids, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely submission.
- Key Responsibilities:Search and identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, and other government websites
- Analyze tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications
- Prepare and submit bids (technical & financial) within deadlines
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for documents like MAF, authorization letters, compliance sheets
- Handle tender documentation including:
- EMD / Bid Security
- Affidavits & Undertakings
- Work experience & financial documents
- Maintain a database of ongoing and submitted tenders
- Track bid status, participate in reverse auctions, and handle clarifications
- Coordinate with internal teams for costing, technical inputs, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with all tender terms and conditions
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in any field (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 1β3 years experience in tendering (Government / GeM experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal & e-tendering process
- Good understanding of documentation and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Preferred Experience:Experience in IT hardware / AMC / CCTV / networking tenders
- Knowledge of reverse auction participation on GeM
- Handling multi-location or PAN India tenders
