Tendering And Billing Engineer

• Eligibility Criteria:B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in billing and tendering
• Experience in government projects (building/bridge works preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of RA bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills
• Quantity take-off from drawings and preparation of BOQs
• Preparation of tender documents (For Bidding), including technical and financial bids
• Analysis of tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Rate analysis and cost estimation for civil works
• Coordination with site team for measurement reconciliation and billing inputs
• Maintaining billing records and documentation as per client requirements
• Ensuring compliance with contract conditions and tender requirements
• Assisting in preparation of variations, claims, and extra item statements

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and basic drafting/editing
• Knowledge of IS Codes and standard billing practices
• Good command over MS Excel (formulas, data handling)
• Familiarity with government tendering portals and procedures
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
