Job PurposeThe role is responsible for driving business growth for Birla Opus product categories through engagement with the influencer channel, specifically Architects and Interior Designers. The objective is to generate consistent demand and contribute to brand presence through strong relationship management, technical consultation, and market intelligence.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the architect and interior designer community.
  • Drive demand generation and business growth for Birla Opus across assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and technical discussions with influencers to position Birla Opus as a preferred brand.
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Technical) to ensure smooth execution of influencer-driven demand.
  • Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and design forums to strengthen brand visibility and equity.
  • Capture and communicate feedback from influencers to internal teams for continuous product improvement.
  • Track and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to refine engagement strategies.
  • Develop a pipeline of high-potential influencer accounts and ensure consistent follow-up and engagement.
  • Job Context & Major ChallengesCross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of influencer-generated demand.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Establish meaningful relationships with the design fraternity in a highly competitive and cluttered market space.
  • Market Differentiation: Offer customized, value-added solutions in a saturated market by understanding client needs and industry trends.
  • Continuous Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest design trends, product innovations, and competitor strategies to provide relevant solutions.

Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduate (preferably in Architecture, Design, Business or Marketing); MBA preferred

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in influencer management, business development, or sales in paints, building materials, or design-led industries

  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
  • High business acumen and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
