Territory Head – Micro Enterprise Group

HDFC Bank is looking for Territory Heads to lead our Micro Enterprise Group – Unsecured Working Capital vertical. This is a leadership role where you will manage a team of 8 Relationship Managers, driving business growth in the MSME segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 8 Relationship Managers
• Drive sales and expansion of unsecured working capital loans for MSMEs
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain MSME clients
• Collaborate with credit and risk teams to ensure portfolio quality

Who Should Apply?

• Professionals with atleast 3 to 5 years experience in MSME lending, NBFCs, or banking
• Strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills
• Deep understanding of MSME credit needs and market dynamics
