Full job description

• Read and interpret 2D and 3D , engineering drawings.
• Set up and operate conventional and EDM machines (lathes, mills, grinders, etc.).
• Manufacture, assemble, and test tools, dies, and molds.
• Perform repairs and modifications on existing plastic part mold tools and dies.
• Ensure plastic part mold tools and dies meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, Hight gauges) to verify dimensions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plastic part mold issues during production.
• Maintain records of tool usage, repair, and maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams for continuous improvement.
