Tour Consultant

We are looking for a Tour Operation Executive to join our team . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling domestic & international tour packages, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end tour operations including hotel bookings, transport, sightseeing, and travel documentation.

Coordinate with travel partners, agents, and vendors for seamless operations.

Manage itineraries, costing, and quotations for domestic & international tours.

Ensure excellent customer service by handling client queries and providing travel assistance.

Maintain records, invoices, and travel-related documentation.

Monitor and resolve any operational issues during the tour.

Requirements

Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or related field.

Strong knowledge of travel operations (Domestic & International).

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and travel software (knowledge of Amadeus/Galileo preferred).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
