Job Description
- Provide prompt customer support from booking until successful tour completion
- Prepare and manage all travel documents including itineraries, vouchers, hotel confirmations, and guide details
- Coordinate daily tour operations, including vehicle and guide scheduling as per finalized itineraries
- Liaise with drivers, guides, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor ongoing tours and handle operational issues
