Job Summary:We are looking for a Tracking Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the tracking and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in tracking management, revenue generation, and back-office operations. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth operations, improving service delivery, and contributing to revenue generation.

• Key Responsibilities:Tracking & NDR Management:

• Monitor and track all orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Analyze and resolve NDR issues, escalating problems when necessary.
• Collaborate with the logistics and customer support teams to address any discrepancies in delivery.
• Revenue Generation:

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• Work with the sales and operations teams to help generate revenue through improved delivery timelines and service quality.
• Team Handling & Leadership:

• Lead a team of tracking executives, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.
• Back-Office Operations:
• 
  
• Handle all administrative tasks related to tracking, NDR, and delivery reports.
• Maintain accurate records of all delivery operations and issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth documentation and communication between departments.
• Delivery Management:

• Ensure that deliveries are completed as per the set schedules and SLAs.
• Work closely with the delivery team to resolve any last-minute issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly update stakeholders on delivery progress and any potential delays.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 2-3 years in tracking management or NDR handling.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, with a focus on performance and professional growth.
• Revenue Focused: Proven ability to contribute to revenue generation and improve operational efficiencies.
• Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising with various teams and customers.
