Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
- Assist in daily site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Supervise civil, RCC, and finishing activities under guidance.
- Monitor labour work and ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
2. Billing & Measurement
- Assist in preparation of Measurement Book (MB).
- Support quantity verification as per BOQ.
- Help prepare Running Account (RA) bills.
3. Estimation & Planning
- Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings.
- Support rate analysis and basic cost estimation.
- Coordinate for material requirement and site planning.
- Real time project coordination with major stakeholders.
4. Quality & Documentation
- Monitor quality standards at site.
- Assist in material testing and QA/QC documentation.
- Maintain proper site records and reports.
