We are looking for a responsible and field-oriented Transport Supervisor to manage daily vehicle operations and driver coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transport activities, timely deliveries, and proper monitoring of vehicles and drivers.

• 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Manage daily vehicle movement and trip planning
• Coordinate with drivers and ensure discipline
• Monitor diesel usage and control fuel expenses
• Handle loading/unloading operations
• Track delivery status and resolve delays/issues
• Maintain daily reports and updates
• Communicate with clients regarding dispatch and delivery
• 🧠 Skills Required:Driver handling & team management
• Basic knowledge of transport operations
• Good communication skills (Hindi)
• Problem-solving ability
• Basic mobile/WhatsApp usage
• 📌 Requirements:Experience in transport/logistics preferred
• Candidate must be ready for field work
