Responsibilities
- Monitor day/night fleet operations (50-100 vehicles)
- Verify PODs, crate counts, and return shipments
- Track vehicles via GPS & identify deviations
- Coordinate with clients for smooth operations
- Maintain records in Excel / Google Sheets
- Flag exceptions & escalate issues to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies & safety norms
Specific Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in transport/logistics operations
- Good communication & team coordination skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ability to work in shifts (Day/Night)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
