- Communicate with drivers to assign jobs, provide updates, and resolve issues

- Manage logistics, including route planning and scheduling

- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to clients

- Resolve any issues or complaints from clients or drivers

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic knowledge of transportation operations and logistics

- Proficiency in MS Office and transportation software
