Job Description
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Travel Management, including planning and organizing travel arrangements and itineraries
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve travel-related concerns
- Experience in Sales and promoting travel packages or services
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Management, or a related field is advantageous
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
