Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
  • Operate GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo ) for reservations and ticketing
  • Provide accurate fare quotes, routing options, and travel advisories to clients
  • Manage airline schedules, fare rules, and ticketing deadlines
  • Coordinate with airlines for special requests, seat selection, meals, and baggage
  • Ensure compliance with airline and company policies
  • Resolve customer queries related to flights, fares, and ticketing issues
  • Maintain proper documentation and booking records
