A Travel Agent (Quality & Costing) focuses on crafting perfect, budget-friendly trips by researching best deals, ensuring quality experiences, and providing expert advice, all while balancing client needs with cost-effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities (Quality & Costing) :

• Cost Optimization: Researching and finding the best fares, rates, and deals for transport, accommodation, and activities to fit client budgets.
• Supplier Negotiation: Negotiating group rates for hotels, tours, and transport vendors.
• Quality Assurance: Recommending top-rated experiences, ensuring smooth logistics, and offering tips on local customs/safety.

We’re hiring a B2C Sales Executive (Full-time, WFO – Rohini, Delhi) for our Travel & Tourism team. If you’re passionate about sales and love travel, this role is for you! Responsibilities include handling B2C travel package inquiries, converting leads (no cold calling), understanding customer needs, offering the best travel options, and ensuring smooth coordination with the operations team. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome. Candidates must be enthusiastic, confident, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience or interest in travel/hospitality is a plus

Qualifications & Skills :

-Education: Graduate/Bachelors in Tourism or related field.

-Experience: Minimum 6 months in any field or Proven experience in travel operations, handling international or domestic tours.

-Skills: Budgeting, vendor management, problem-solving, strong communication (English), attention to detail, travel booking systems. 

Essential Skills :

Excellent communication (written/verbal).

Attention to detail and problem-solving.

Positive, target-driven attitude.
