Key Responsibilities:

Holiday Package Sales experience is must:

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with registered travel agents.
• Training: Train agents on how to use the Travsie platform effectively and help them understand our business model.
• Connect Agents ↔ DMCs: Facilitate communication between travel agents and DMCs, ensuring prompt responses and smooth coordination.
• Liaison with DMCs/Suppliers: Coordinate rates, availability, and confirmations between agents and DMC partners.
• Customer Support: Provide timely assistance to travel agents, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience on the platform.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on destination trends, hotel options, and travel policies for key markets (Dubai, Thailand, Bali, Vietnam, Kashmir, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Northeast India, etc.).
• System Utilization: Ensure travel agents actively use the Travsie platform to manage all their queries, quotes, and bookings efficiently.
