Travel Agent / Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, provide expert travel advice, and drive sales by offering customized travel solutions that meet customer needs.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in planning domestic and international travel.
• Sell travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, visas, and insurance.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable packages.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
• Process bookings, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and promotional offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
