Travel Consultant

The Holiday Package Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting and selling domestic and international holiday packages, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The role involves understanding customer travel needs, designing customized itineraries, coordinating with hotels, airlines, and suppliers, and ensuring competitive pricing.

The candidate must follow up with clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email, maintain accurate booking and payment records, and provide excellent customer service before and after travel. Meeting sales targets, maintaining long-term customer relationships, and representing the company professionally are key responsibilities.

Strong communication skills, sales ability, knowledge of travel destinations, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Prior experience in travel sales is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and under targets.
