Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.

• Curate and book comprehensive travel packages including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Provide valuable insights on travel destinations, travel insurance, and local attractions.

• Manage booking modifications, cancellations.

• Stay informed about industry trends, airline policies, and promotional offers to deliver costeffective travel solutions.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service.

• Maintain accurate client records and travel itineraries.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience: Previous experience in travel consultancy, customer service, or a related role. (Min- 1 Year).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is advantageous.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Problem Solving: Ability to handle travel changes and resolve issues promptly.

• Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings in a fast-paced environment.
