Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a Travel Consultant to join our team in East Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel and tour operations and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, planning travel itineraries, and assisting clients in making their travel experiences seamless and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in booking domestic and international travel packages, flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
• Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, tour packages, and pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Upsell travel packages and add-on services to maximize revenue.

Requirements / Skills:

• Minimum 6 months experience in travel and tourism industry (preferred: travel agency experience).
• Knowledge of travel booking tools, GDS, or ticketing software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
