Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Handle domestic and international flight bookings, including reissues, cancellations, and refunds
- Manage hotel reservations and holiday package bookings
- Work on GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre – any)
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for booking confirmations
- Ensure accurate ticketing, fare rule compliance, and proper documentation
- Resolve customer queries related to bookings and travel plans
- Sell flight tickets, hotel bookings, and holiday packages to clients
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert them into successful sales
- Prepare customized travel itineraries as per customer requirements
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell travel products and value-added services
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
