Travel Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver seamless travel solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.

Create and customize domestic & international travel itineraries based on client requirements.

Provide information on destinations, flights, hotels, visas, transfers, activities, and travel insurance.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and competitive travel packages.

Manage end-to-end bookings: flights, hotels, tours, cruises, transfers, and packages.

Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, and service partners to ensure smooth operations.

Follow up with clients for confirmation, payments, and document collection.

Assist with visa applications and travel documentation.

Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Handle post-booking support, amendments, and escalations professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales/consulting (B2C or B2B).

Strong knowledge of popular destinations (Asia, Europe, Middle East, etc.).

Experience in flight reservations, hotel booking portals, or GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask, negotiate, and close sales effectively.

Strong customer service orientation.

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
