Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to handle domestic and international travel inquiries, prepare customized itineraries, and provide end-to-end travel solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create attractive and cost-effective travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
• Design and prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Advise clients on destinations, flights, hotels, visas, insurance, transfers, and sightseeing options.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
• Prepare quotations, package details, and travel proposals.
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel services.
• Assist clients with visa documentation and travel requirements.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients for confirmations and payments.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and special travel requests professionally.
• Keep updated with travel trends, destination information, and supplier offers.
