Job Description
What you’ll do:
• Handle company-generated leads from ads, social media, and organic inquiries
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with DMCs for end-to-end travel arrangements
• Follow up with clients to ensure smooth trip execution
Who we’re looking for:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel package sales, or
• Graduate in Travel & Tourism with strong destination knowledge
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Passion for sales and the travel industry
Compensation:
• Fixed salary starting from ₹18,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives
• Total earning potential up to ₹50,000 per month for high performers
