• What We're Looking For: Role: Operations Executive/Specialist
• Experience: Minimum 1 year+ of verifiable work experience in Travel Agency Operations.

• Key Responsibilities & Why You'll Love This Role: Booking Management: Independently handle the entire cycle of travel bookings, including flights (GDS familiarity a plus), hotels, packages, and visa processing.
• Supplier Coordination: Liaise directly with vendors, airlines, and ground handlers to secure the best rates and seamless service for our clients.
• Documentation: Ensure 100% accuracy and timely issuance of all travel documents (tickets, vouchers, confirmations).
• Troubleshooting: Be the go-to person for on-the-spot operational challenges, ensuring client satisfaction remains top priority.
• Ideal Candidate Profile (Relatable Skills):You thrive under pressure and can handle multiple booking files simultaneously.
• You know the travel industry systems and can navigate GDS (Amadeus only) and booking portals efficiently.
• You're a strong communicator who can manage professional interactions with both clients and suppliers.
