Job Description:

Destination Tours and Events is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Travel Consultant (Sales) to handle direct customer sales. The role involves cold calling, lead conversion, and selling travel packages to individual clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold calling potential customers to promote travel packages
• Handle B2C inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Sell domestic and international holiday packages
• Understand customer requirements and create customized itineraries
• Regular follow-ups to maximize sales conversion
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and bookings

Eligibility & Skills:

• Preferably Female candidate
• Experience in B2C travel sales / tele-sales preferred
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and sales targets
• Knowledge of domestic & international destinations is an advantage
• Self-motivated and target-driven
