Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to travel packages, flight bookings, hotels, and tours.
- Present and sell domestic and international travel packages based on client preferences and budgets.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and pricing.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and bookings in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on current travel trends, promotions, visa requirements, and airline policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
