We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Executive to assist clients or employees with travel bookings, itineraries, and visa processes. The role involves handling end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements efficiently, while ensuring a smooth travel experience and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and book domestic and international air tickets, hotels, and transport

• Create detailed travel itineraries based on client or employee preferences
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, visa agencies, and other travel vendors
• Handle travel changes, cancellations, and emergency arrangements
• Ensure travel bookings align with company budgets and travel policies
• Assist with visa documentation and application procedures
• Maintain travel records, invoices, and reports for auditing
• Provide pre-travel support and destination information to travelers
• Stay updated on travel restrictions, COVID protocols, airline policies, and visa rules
• Manage travel expense claims and reporting

Requirements: 12th pass minimum education level

• 0–3 years of experience in travel booking, preferably in a travel agency or corporate setting
• Knowledge of GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and booking portals
• Familiarity with visa processing, international routes, and hotel chains
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute changes
