Travel Operations Coordinator

The Travel Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day travel operations, coordinating with suppliers, handling bookings, ensuring smooth execution of travel services, and supporting clients and internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end travel operations including hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and tour arrangements

Coordinate with transporters, guides, and other service providers

Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth execution of itineraries

Handle client queries, amendments, cancellations, and operational issues

Liaise with sales and reservation teams for itinerary execution

Ensure service quality and resolve on-ground operational challenges

Maintain cost sheets, vendor invoices, and payment follow-ups

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
