Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Travel Operations Coordinator to manage our B2B vendor communications, bookings, and day-to-day travel operations. You will be the backbone of our operations team and ensure smooth travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with international and domestic travel vendors to confirm rates, availability, and booking details.

Manage travel bookings, vouchers, and confirmations for clients.

Track payments, refunds, and cancellations with vendors and clients.

Maintain an organized database of all trips, vendors, and client bookings.

Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.

Help in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for travel operations.

Requirements:

Prior experience in travel operations or related field preferred.

Good communication skills (email + phone) in English.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
