Job Description

You need to advise clients on travel options, create customized travel packages, and handle all bookings for flights, accommodations, and activities to meet their needs and budget. 

Key responsibilities include customer consultation, research, sales, booking, and post-trip follow-up, candidate needs strong sales, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Consult clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, budget, and destination requirements. 
  • Research and Planning: Research destinations, compare prices for flights, hotels, and tours, and provide expert advice on travel regulations, visas, and local customs. 
  • Sales and Upselling: Sell travel packages, products, and services, and upsell additional services like travel insurance or specific excursions. 
  • Booking and Coordination: Create detailed itineraries and handle the booking of all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities. 
  • Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact before, during, and after the trip, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bookings, client information in a CRM system, and financial transactions. 
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new destinations, and changes in travel regulations. 

Key qualifications and skills

  • Education: 12th pass or a bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: At least 6 month Previous experience in sales or the travel industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for travel and customer service.
