you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient settlement of all trips, managing driver-related audits, and overseeing essential document management tasks. Your attention to detail and expertise in logistics operations will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Audit and Settlement: Conduct audits for all branch trips to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Facilitate the timely settlement of trip-related transactions.

Driver Salary Auditing: Verify driver salaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines. Address any discrepancies promptly and maintain clear records of salary payments.Truck Documents Management: Manage truck documents including renewal and expiration dates. Ensure all necessary documents such as permits, licenses, and registrations are up-to-date to facilitate smooth operations.Driver Expenses and Salary Auditing: Audit and verify driver expenses including but not limited to diesel, food, dala (porterage), tolls, and detention charges. Ensure accurate reimbursement and adherence to company policies.Vehicle Accidents Management: Handle the management of vehicle accidents including reporting, documentation, and liaising with insurance providers for timely resolution. Implement preventive measures to minimize accidents and ensure driver safety.Trip Hire Expense and Freight Expense Auditing: Audit trip hire expenses and freight expenses to ensure accuracy and adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline expense management processes.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in route planning tools and GPS systems such as Wheelseyes and Fleetex.Knowledge of CNG vehicles and familiarity with related logistics operations.Experience with BNG ERP software is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in the logistics industry with a strong understanding of technological advances and industry best practices.
