UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a *practical UI/UX Designer* who can convert ideas, PRDs, and rough flows into *clean, usable, production-ready designs*.

This is *not a Canva job*. You will work directly with founders, developers, and product decisions. if you alsoo or either know AI and have designed apps in record time and you can demonstrate, more income, if you have full stack knowledge too, then much more, if you are good in ml, then much more

## *Key Responsibilities*

* Design *web & mobile app UI* using *Figma*

* Create:

 * User flows

 * Wireframes (low → high fidelity)

 * UI screens & components

 * Design systems (basic)

* Improve *UX clarity, simplicity, and conversion*

* Collaborate with:

 * Product / Founder

 * Frontend developers

* Take feedback fast and iterate quickly

* Ensure designs are *developer-ready*

## *Required Skills (Must Have)*

* Strong hands-on experience with *Figma*

* Clear understanding of:

 * UX principles

 * User flows

 * Layout, spacing, typography

* Experience designing *real products* (apps / SaaS / dashboards)

* Ability to explain *why* a design decision was made

* Basic understanding of frontend feasibility (HTML/CSS awareness)

* Experience with:

 * SaaS products

 * B2B dashboards

 * Mobile apps

* Knowledge of:

 * UX research basics

 * Design systems

 * AI-assisted design tools

* Motion / micro-interaction experience
