• 🎯 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities):पुरुष और महिलाओं की unisex hair cutting में पूरी expertise हो
• Hair styling, smoothing, keratin, beard styling, shampoo, hair spa, blow dry, आदि अच्छी तरह आता हो
• Customer को professional सलाह देना (consultation skills)
• Customer handling & satisfaction maintain करना
• Salon की hygiene, discipline और quality standards का ध्यान रखना
• Team ko guide करना और junior staff को train करना
• Salon के daily operations smoothly चलाना
• अगर possible हो तो chemical services का अनुभव होना चाहिए
• 👤 Candidate की Requirements:Minimum 2–5 साल का experience unisex salon में
• Professional behavior, clean personality
• Good communication skills (Hindi)
• ज़िम्मेदार और salon को संभालने की क्षमता
• Fast learner + confident in all hair services
• Time management और customer coordination skills
