Urgent Hiring For Ayurveda Medicine Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining product benefits, and closing sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain Ayurvedic products, their benefits, and usage clearly
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable medicines
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer database
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM/software
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or Ayurvedic/pharma sales preferred
• Basic knowledge of Ayurveda is a plus
• Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
• Persuasive and confident personality
• Basic computer knowledge
• Preferred Skills:Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and treatments
• Experience in healthcare or wellness industry
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
