Utrasonic Plastic Welding Machine Service Technician

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for the position of Test Engineer / Service Technician for Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machines in our Quality Control / Service department.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform testing and horn tuning on finished machines to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.

Carry out assembly verification and complete machine testing to confirm functional performance.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to ultrasonic welding machines during testing and service.

Provide service support, including diagnosing and repairing machine-related problems.

Perform machine adjustments, calibration, and fine-tuning to optimize performance and reliability.

Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Service teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate testing reports, work logs, and service documentation in Odoo ERP.

Follow all company safety and quality procedures during testing and service activities.

Support continuous improvement in testing and service processes.

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.

Experience:

1–5 years of experience in machine assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or service.

Experience with ultrasonic welding machines will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Knowledge of machine testing and assembly

Understanding of electrical wiring, sensors, and pneumatics

Basic knowledge of calibration and quality testing

Troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical issues

Basic ERP / Odoo knowledge preferred

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
