About the Role: Barefoot Sunshine Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Vendor Manager to lead our procurement, logistics, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will handle everything from supplier onboarding to ensuring smooth daily office operations and financial record-keeping.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Vendor Sourcing: Research and onboard reliable vendors; verify GST and legal credentials.
• Order Management: Place orders and maintain strict follow-ups to ensure zero delays.
• Logistics & Shipping: Complete end-to-end FedEx bookings, schedule pickups, and monitor shipment tracking.
• Financial Admin: Process vendor payments (40% advance / 60% on delivery) and meticulously organize all physical and digital purchase invoices.
• Daily Office Tasks: Manage day-to-day office requirements and ensure all administrative records are up to date.

Candidate Profile:

• Technical: Strong command of MS Excel (formulas/formatting) and 30+ WPM typing speed.
• General Skills: Sound knowledge of daily office management and administrative tasks.
• Communication: Functional English for professional emails and vendor coordination.
• Experience: 1-2 years in Procurement, Admin, or Computer Operations.
• Gender Preference: Female candidates only.
