Job Title: Office Admin & Vendor Manager (Female Only)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 (Fixed)

Quick Summary:

We are looking for a sharp, organized Female Office Admin/Vendor Manager to handle vendor sourcing, order tracking, and basic office hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

Source new vendors and verify their GST/Company details.

Coordinate orders and follow up for timely delivery.

Inspect delivered goods for quality/damage and manage replacements.

Handle payments (40% advance/60% on delivery) and maintain bill files.

Assist in hiring new staff as per company needs.

Requirements:

12th Pass or Graduate.

1+ year experience in Admin or Back Office.

Basic MS Excel & Word knowledge.

Typing speed: 30+ WPM.
