🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and fast video editor who can:

• Edit long-form YouTube lectures
• Create high-engagement reels/shorts
• Handle posting & optimization across platforms
• 🛠️ Key Responsibilities🎥 Video Editing (Core)Edit YouTube lectures, explainer videos, and educational content
• Add captions, transitions, zoom-ins, highlights, and graphics
• Maintain clean, distraction-free educational style
• 📱 Reels / Shorts CreationConvert long videos into viral reels (30–60 sec)
• Add:
• Trending captions (Hindi + English mix)
• Hooks in first 3 seconds
• Emojis, motion graphics, sound effects
• Follow latest trends from platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
• 📤 Posting & Publishing

Upload videos on:

• YouTube (long + shorts)
• Instagram (Reels)

Write:

• SEO-friendly titles
• Descriptions
• Hashtags
• Schedule content using tools or native apps
• 📊 OptimizationAnalyze performance (views, retention, CTR)
• Suggest improvements for better reach
• Stay updated with algorithm changes

🎯 Skills Required

Technical Skills / Proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut

Strong understanding of:

• Reel pacing & storytelling
• Hook creation
• Subtitle styling
• Creative SkillsAbility to make boring topics engaging
• Understanding of student psychology
• Trend awareness (viral formats, memes, sounds)

⭐ Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Thumbnail design (using Adobe Photoshop or Canva)
• Basic motion graphics
