Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material (video, audio, graphics) into polished, engaging outputs.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
• Enhance footage with music, voice-overs, graphics, motion effects, and color grading.
• Maintain and organize video assets, templates, and file management systems.
• Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and platform-specific requirements (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay updated on the latest video trends, editing techniques, and tools to keep content fresh and innovative.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Coreldraw, or equivalent editing software.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience with motion graphics, colour correction, and audio editing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of editing styles and projects.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with 2D/3D animation or visual effects.
• Knowledge of cinematography, camera work, or on-set production.
• Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing campaigns.
