Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Video Editor with strong experience in social media content creation and podcast editing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of platform-specific formats, storytelling techniques, and high-quality post-production workflows. This role requires full on-site presence and a commitment to delivering consistent, timely, and high-impact visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Edit audio and video podcasts, including multi-camera alignment, audio cleanup, color correction, and final mastering.
• Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and production teams to develop engaging video narratives.
• Implement brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all content.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, and other enhancement elements as required.
• Manage media assets, file organization, and version control.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging editing trends, formats, and techniques relevant to digital media.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media video editing and podcast post-production.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and social media viewer behavior.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent sense of audio mixing, color grading, and visual aesthetics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.
• Basic sound design and audio engineering skills.
• Familiarity with content repurposing for multiple platforms.
