Position: Creative Video Editor (Post-Production)

Organization: All India Institute of Occult Science Location: 7/25, Plot- A, Kirti Nagar Industrial Area, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110015

Work Mode: Onsite (6 Days a week)

The Role:

The All India Institute of Occult Science is looking for a Creative Video Editor who doesn't just cut clips but crafts visual experiences. We need a technical wizard who understands that the difference between a viral video and a flop lies in the first 3 seconds of the edit. You will be the visual voice of our "Astro-Tech" movement.

Key Responsibilities:

● High-Retention Editing: Execute advanced edits for YouTube (Long-form), Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You must understand hook-based editing and pacing. (Strict Deadline Adherence Required)

● Podcast Post-Production: Full-scale editing of multi-camera podcasts. This includes seamless switching, audio leveling, and adding engaging b-roll/overlays to keep long-form content dynamic. (Strict Deadline Adherence Required)

● Visual Storytelling: Use Motion Graphics and VFX to explain complex occult concepts and technology features in a visually stunning way. (Strict Deadline Adherence Required)

● Bilingual Syncing: Manage subtitling and text overlays in English, Hindi, and Hinglish, ensuring they match the energy and slang of the script. (Strict Deadline Adherence Required)

● Collaboration & Ops: Work closely with our Social & Creative Associates to bring their vision to life. You must be able to take feedback and iterate quickly. (Strict Deadline Adherence Required)

● Asset Management: Maintain an organized library of footage, sound effects, and graphics to ensure a fast and efficient workflow. (Strict Deadline Adherence Required) Technical Skills & Expertise

● Software Mastery: Expert-level command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.

● Performance Content Mastery: Proven knowledge in editing high-conversion Video Ads. You must understand how to edit for "Direct Response," knowing how to use visual triggers to drive user action and clicks.

● Podcast Specialist: You understand the rhythm of human conversation and know how to use "jump cuts" and "zoom-ins" to maintain energy in audio-visual podcasts. ● Deadline Driven: You thrive under pressure. "On-time delivery" is your baseline, not an option. (Strict Deadline Adherence Required)

● Social Media Native: You know the specific safe zones, aspect ratios, and export settings for every platform.

Mandatory Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of professional experience (No beginners/noobs).

● Absolute commitment to daily and weekly production deadlines.
