This role is not just basic editing — we want someone who knows how AI can speed up, enhance, and scale video content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form & long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads)
• Create videos for:
• 
  
• Real estate projects
• Villas, resorts, hotels
• Brand & promotional campaigns
• 
  
• Use AI tools to:
• 
  
• Speed up editing
• Generate captions & subtitles
• Enhance visuals & audio
• Create thumbnails & motion effects
• 
  
• Deliver platform-optimized videos (Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads)

🧠 

AI TOOLS KNOWLEDGE (MANDATORY)

Candidate must know how to use AI tools, such as:

• CapCut (AI features)
• Runway ML
• Pictory / Descript
• Adobe Premiere Pro + AI tools
• After Effects (basic motion)
• AI voice, subtitle & auto-cut tools
• ChatGPT / AI for scripting & hooks
