Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

• Edit & Assemble: Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience. Take a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications.
• Post-Production: Handle color grading, audio mixing/sound design, and subtitle synchronization.
• Motion Graphics: Create simple motion graphics, text overlays, and title animations to enhance viewer engagement.
• Platform Optimization: Reformat and optimize content for various platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website).
• Asset Management: Organize and manage all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and implement creative video strategies.

Requirements

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating video editing skills is a must.
• Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of [e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve] and familiarity with [e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Canva].
• Storytelling: Ability to understand the narrative and pacing required to keep the audience engaged.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
