Video Editor Cum Graphic Designer

About the Role

Tweens is a women’s innerwear brand. We work with creators who shoot UGC content and share raw footage. Your job is to convert that footage into high-retention Instagram Reels and Meta ad creatives that look premium and perform.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw creator/UGC videos into Instagram Reels (9:16) and ad-ready videos
• Create multiple variations of the same video (different hooks, captions, pacing, CTAs)
• Deliver cut-downs for ads: 10s / 15s / 30s (as required)
• Add subtitles (Hindi/English), on-screen text, motion text, transitions, sound sync
• Maintain consistent brand style: clean, premium, modern, high-retention editing
• Basic color correction, audio cleanup, and framing/cropping for mobile
• Coordinate with marketing team, take feedback, and do quick revisions
• Organize files properly (project folders, naming conventions, versions)

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in short-form editing (Reels/UGC/Ads) OR a strong portfolio
• Strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and trend awareness
• Proficiency on these: Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects / DaVinci
• Ability to work fast with daily targets and tight timelines
• Detail-oriented (clean subtitles, smooth cuts, export settings, sharp output)

Preferred (Bonus)

• Experience with D2C / fashion / beauty / lifestyle brands
• Understanding of Meta Ads creative testing & performance creatives
• Basic motion graphics skills (text animations, callouts)
