Role Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and multi-skilled Graphic Designer with strong expertise in static design and video content creation. You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality creatives for social media, branding, ad campaigns, and digital platforms that align with the Addtitans brand and our clients’ goals.

Key Responsibilities:

🎨 Static Design

• Design visually compelling creatives for social media, digital ads, website assets, presentations, and more.
• Develop brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral as needed.
• Collaborate with content and strategy teams to turn ideas into powerful visuals.

🎥 Video Content

• Create, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social media, ads, reels, and YouTube.
• Design motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
• Stay updated with current trends in short-form video, reels, and platform-specific formats.

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Canva / Figma (for quick, responsive design)
• Bonus: Knowledge of tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Blender.

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong portfolio that shows your range in static and motion design.
• Creative thinking and a strong visual sense.
• Ability to adapt your style across brands and industries.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience working in a digital agency environment.
• Understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.) and how design impacts them.
• Knowledge of UI/UX or web graphics (landing pages, banners).

Education:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication – or equivalent practical experience.
